# Publication Checklist

> Checklist for publishing RFFL knowledge base pages.

Use this checklist before adding or changing public Mintlify pages.

## Content Checks

| ------------------------------------- | -------- |
| Source path listed                    | yes      |
| Page status present                   | yes      |
| No invented data                      | yes      |
| Source boundary included where needed | yes      |
| Money claims reconciled               | yes      |
| Season status clear                   | yes      |
| Raw files not directly published      | yes      |

## Navigation Checks

Every public page must be classified before publication.

| Class            | Required navigation behavior                                                         |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Public + sidebar | Add to `docs.json` in the appropriate hub position                                   |
| Public + hidden  | Leave out of `docs.json`, but link from the parent hub and include a Related section |
| Source-only      | Keep out of `docs.json`; cite from curated pages only                                |

Navigation order should match how a league member would browse the topic. Keep the sidebar hub-based when a section has many detailed pages.
