# Rulings

> Official RFFL rulings and rule interpretations.

Rulings are official interpretations of existing rules. They clarify league policy without necessarily changing the Operations Manual.

## Answering Guidance

When answering scoring questions, cite the ruling status and effective date. If a question asks whether the scoring mechanic should change, treat that as a governance proposal rather than a settled fact.
