> RFFL code of conduct, tanking, collusion, Dead Rat Clause, and investigations.

Conduct rules protect league competition, payouts, and institutional trust. The Operations Manual controls the exact process.

## Answering Guidance

Do not label an owner action as an integrity violation from incomplete context. Use source records, distinguish facts from interpretation, and escalate unresolved questions to the Commissioner.
